I am pretty sure this is Uncle George, just looked up in my mom’s pics and found the same picture but in 5 by 7 it is not marked on the back but I believe she told me it was him yrs before she passed away when we were going through pics one day… somehow it did not get marked. If you post it on FB and Aunt Ruth sees it on Ruth’s laptop she would definitely know who it was. Very handsome, he died 1 year before I was born.
